Built in 2007, Bethel Court has six one-bedroom, self-contained flats and shares a garden with Culverdale (our supported accommodation). These flats are designed for people who are quasi-independent - able to look after themselves with minimal support, preferring to live or remain part of Crossways Community rather than in their own housing association flat.
Many of the residents receive floating support to enable them to retain their independence.
As all the flats are currently occupied by people who moved out of Culverdale, we are not taking any applications or maintaining a waiting list. When vacancies do occur, we will highlight them on our website.
Recognising potential, encouraging independence, achieving self worth
